   • 나는 싸고 좋은 물건을 사기 위해서 가까운 마트를 두고 일부러 재래시장을 찾아간다.

     To buy good, cheap things, I skip the nearby supermarket and make a point of going to the traditional market.

     My older sister deliberately pretended not to know so I wouldn't feel sorry about ruining her clothes.

   • 복권에 당첨된 지수는 주위 사람이 이상하게 생각할까 봐 일부러 돈이 궁한 척했다.

     Having won the lottery, Jisu deliberately pretended to be short of money in case people around her found it strange.
