   Clothes worn over the lower part of one's body with the upper part in one whole and the lower part divided into two so that one can put one's legs in each.

   Korean definition: 위는 통으로 되고 아래는 두 다리를 넣을 수 있게 갈라진, 몸의 아랫부분에 입는 옷.

   • 키가 컸는지 작년에 입던 바지의 밑단이 종아리까지 올라왔다.

     I must have grown, because the hem of the pants I wore last year now only reaches my calves.

   • 활동하기 편하도록 치마보다 바지를 입는 여직원들이 늘고 있다.

     More and more female employees wear pants rather than skirts because they're easier to move in.
